Hopefully you weren’t too hung over after the big game! 2020 is trucking by already, time flies when you’re blasting metal! We are a month into the new year and things are looking pretty good for the metal releases. There are some mighty old bands coming with new tunes in 2020 and we are getting a taste of some of them very soon. SXSW is looking a little anemic for our music though. Local bands are representing so far, but overall some weak lineups for the metal venues. A couple off fest type shows getting scheduled, but like last couple of years, the offerings leave me wanting. We’ll see as we approach March, the tours however are looking up, so be sure to get yer asses out to see shows!
