Dale has some suggestions for the Texas mental health system. We also listen to a few caller reviews of last night’s Eric Clapton concert. Then, finally, Dale nails a rendition of Tears in Heaven. In “Fast Food Fanatics”, the guys disparage Panda Express for their extremely tardy (and nonsensical) entry into the fried chicken wars. Then, the crew salivates over some revolutionary and decadent food items. We also play an old Austin-inspired parody song that Dale wrote back in the stone age.

With Dale back in the studio, the guys catch up on the weekly goings-on and discuss gubernatorial super heroes as well as their crime-fighting tactics. Then, inspired by his triumphant return to radio, the gang debuts a new segment entitled “Suck-tember” where they dig into the archives for some deep cuts that illustrate how sucky Dale is, was, and forever will be. Then, Matt gives an account of his experience at the ER.
