KISS performs live at Van Andel Arena GRAND RAPIDS^ MICHIGAN / USA - March 9^ 2019

Kiss is marking the 50th anniversary of Dressed to Kill with an expansive super deluxe box set.

The collection includes 107 tracks—78 of which have never been released—spread across five CDs, eight LPs, and a Blu-ray Audio Disc. The album’s original 1975 recordings have been newly remastered by Bernie Grundman using the original stereo analog tapes. A second disc offers 23 demos, alternate versions, and instrumental takes from sessions at Larrabee Sound and Electric Lady Studios. Among the highlights are two previously unheard songs, “Mistake” and “Burning Up With Fever.”

Fans will also get to experience two complete live shows from the 1975 Dressed to Kill Tour: one recorded at Cobo Arena in Detroit, Michigan, on May 16, and another from the RKO Orpheum Theatre in Davenport, Iowa, on July 20. Both concerts have been freshly mixed by renowned producer and engineer Eddie Kramer using the original multi-track analog recordings.

The Blu-ray Audio disc features a new mix of Dressed to Kill by David Frangioni, presented in Dolby Atmos and 5.1 Surround Sound.

A special picture disc edition rounds out the release, packaged in a foil-wrapped premium jacket accented with gold 50th-anniversary details, spot-gloss Kiss logos, and a double-sided poster. Limited to just 1,000 copies worldwide, each LP will feature a unique number and will be sold exclusively through the official Kiss online store.
