Foo Fighters, Metallica, Greta Van Fleet, lead rock category nominees for 2024 Grammys

The nominees for the 66th annual Grammy Awards were announced, with multiple nominations in the Rock Categories.

Grammy nominations in the Rock Categories include Foo Fighters, Greta Van Fleet, Metallica, Paramore, and Queens of the Stone Age, who were all nominated in the Best Rock Album category. The Best Rock Performance nominees are Arctic Monkeys, Black Pumas, Boy Genius, Foo Fighters and Metallica.

Best Rock Song nominees are Boygenius’ “Not Strong Enough”, Foo Fighters’ “Rescued”, Olivia Rodrigo’s “Ballad Of A Homeschooled Girl”, Queens Of The Stone Age’s “Emotion Sickness”, and The Rolling Stones’ “Angry”. The Best Metal Performance nominees are Disturbed for “Bad Man”, Ghost for “Phantom Of The Opera”, Metallica for “72 Seasons”, Slipknot for “Hive Mind” and Spiritbox for “Jaded”.

Other rock categories include Best Alternative Music Album and Best Alternative Performance.

The 66th annual Grammy Awards will air Feb. 4 live on CBS and Paramount+ from the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
