Progressive metal giants Dream Theater will embark on a U.S. tour set for Fall 2025, where they’ll be performing their latest album Parasomnia ‘in full’ as part of a special “evening with” concert experience.
Parasomnia marked the band’s 16th studio release, and featured the return of founding drummer Mike Portnoy – his first album with the band since 2009’s Black Clouds and Silver Linings. Portnoy’s comeback also coincides with Dream Theater’s 40th anniversary, which they’ve celebrated over the past year.
The trek begins in Reading, Pennsylvania on September 5, and will hit 30 cities across the country before concluding in Uniondale, New York on October 25. Each show will include live renditions of all eight tracks from Parasomnia, including the epic nearly 20-minute finale, “The Shadow Man Incident.” Alongside the new material, fans can expect a mix of longtime favorites and iconic songs from the band’s catalog.
