Over the weekend, Foo Fighters took to the stage to play a special five-song acoustic set for virtual benefit event Save Our Stages at Los Angeles’ iconic Troubadour. The benefit raised money and awareness for struggling independent venues across America.

The band performed stripped-down versions of My Hero and Everlong, and Dave spoke of the importance of Save Our Stages festival, saying, “It’s crucial that we do everything we can to make sure that these venues survive in order to inspire the next generation of musicians to go on and do beautiful things with their lives like make music. So please donate anything you can, ’cause we’re really hoping that we can save these smaller venues.”
