Dale has some suggestions for the Texas mental health system. We also listen to a few caller reviews of last night’s Eric Clapton concert. Then, finally, Dale nails a rendition of Tears in Heaven. In “Fast Food Fanatics”, the guys disparage Panda Express for their extremely tardy (and nonsensical) entry into the fried chicken wars. Then, the crew salivates over some revolutionary and decadent food items. We also play an old Austin-inspired parody song that Dale wrote back in the stone age.

With Spence filling in for Dale, he, Chuy and Bob discuss airplane “fraykus” defense strategies. Then, the guys help Chuy try to adjust to his new all-liquid diet, which leads to a conversation about spinning sacks of moist, milky substance. Matt jumps in and the crew fields some calls from listeners about their least favorite movie tropes. Finally, the crew riffs about Florida-shaped sex toys and rock and roll memorabilia.
