Dr. Merritt Pember from Direct Orthopedic Care stopped by Local Insights to tell you all about the Run for the Flag. This year on Veterans Day, you'll have a chance to walk, run and roll in a USATF sanctioned 5k to benefit Folds of Honor. Make sure you bring your ID with you so you can get on the base, and while you're there, make sure to enjoy the Texas Military History Museum with your whole family.

Folds of Honor mission is to, "provide educational scholarships to spouses and children of America’s fallen and disabled service-members." They have been raising funds and awareness to fulfill that mission for over 11 years. Help Folds of Honor achieve their goal by getting registered for the Run for the Flag today. Hear all about it and help spread the word.

Get registered for the Run for the Flag, Nov. 11th at Camp Mabry, TODAY!
