Did this video kill Billy Squier's career?

Billy Squier is best known for his 1981 hit "The Stroke."  But even in 1984, he hit #1 with "Rock Me Tonight."  Everything seemed great right?  Well, that was until he did a video for the song working with choreographer Kenny Ortega, best known for Dirty Dancing and working with Michael Jackson.  Unfortunately, his idea of a rock video didn't work here.  In fact, Billy said this video definitely ended his career.

What do you think? What are some of the worst rock videos you remember that also could have ended careers?
