Our winter self defense workshop is open to all adults and teens. This one-day basic skills workshop will cover awareness for violence prevention, using voice and body language to defuse a dangerous situation, and physical skills to fight back and escape if necessary. Cost is $35 for one person, $50 for two people, and $25 for existing Sun Dragon students.
