No More Anthony?

Yoko Ono, guns, shrooms, divorce, and more...

*Anthony Cumia from the "Opie and Anthony Show" was officially fired by Sirius XM over some nasty tweets he sent out over the weekend. Here are some more of the tweets. They're pretty harsh. But whether or not they're worthy of getting fired for...well, we're not the ones to decide. Anthony is obviously not taking it too hard:

*You go, Yoko.

*Watch Joan Rivers walk out on a CNN video interview in the most epic fashion.

*Here's that article from the Interrobang that Dale was talking about: "Is the First Ammendment Enough in the 21rst Century?"

*You want "guns everywhere" in Alabama? Careful. Because the first day of the carry-wherever-you-want law lead to a stand-off in a convenience store.

*Apparently the resignation of UT President Bill Powers has been demanded or he will be officially fired. Powers is supported by most faculty, staff, students, and alumni but has clashed with Gov. Rick Perry and others. Read the full article.

*Remember the plant explosion in West, TX that killed people and leveled part of the town? This is Attorney General Greg Abbot's most recent comments about plant regulations and chemical safety: "You know where they are if you drive around...You can ask every facility whether or not they have chemicals or not. You can ask them if they do, and they can tell you, ‘Well we do have chemicals or we don’t have chemicals,’ and if they do, they tell which ones they have.”  More here.

*Busted!

*Doing a little bit of psychadelic mushrooms might do your brain a little good. The right amount sort of opens up your brains and is being explored as a treatment for depression.

*Want a divorce? Then stay on Facebook.
