Surviving Nirvana Members Join McCartney

The term "surviving Nirvana members" is a bitter pill to swallow unless it's used in conjunction with Paul McCartney and "Helter Skelter" as it was in Seattle (Nirvana's hometown) on Saturday. Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselic and Pat Smear joined the "surviving Beatles member" for seven songs -- a minute fraction of the 39 song setlist performed by McCartney. The exalted songs include "Helter Skelter", "Cut Me Some Slack", a cover of "Long Tall Sally", "Get Back", "Carry That Weight", "The End" and "Golden Summers". Why did this happen? Don't question, just enjoy the fan videos included below.
