Election Update: GOP Flashbacks, Obama Accused of Smoking Pot
Posted 7/17/2012 3:34:00 PM

With the Presidential election closer than you'd expect, we thought it would be a good idea to re-cap the progression of the Republican Party. Mitt Romney has come a long way amidst his fellow GOP's, but they merit a flashback or two after all they've done the past year.

Now let's brush up on some things that happened earlier on this week:

John Sununu, former chairman of the New Hampshire Republican Party and senior adviser to the Romney campaign, is a man who once used a government limo to buy $5,000 worth of stamps. In response to recent remarks made by the Obama campaign that Mitt Romney was either a felon or a liar, Sununu was sent to explain how the American System operates.

"[Obama] has no idea how the American system functions, and we shouldn’t be surprised about that, because he spent his early years in Hawaii smoking something, spent the next set of years in Indonesia, another set of years in Indonesia, and, frankly, when he came to the U.S. he worked as a community organizer, which is a socialized structure, and then got into politics in Chicago."

He added, in a conference call with journalists, that he wishes "this president would learn how to be an American." Thank you, native Cuban and GOP advocate Sununu.

Here's Sununu saying other things, LOL:
